The daily inspection of powder hydraulic press includes the following aspects:
(1) The amount and temperature of oil in the tank. Observe the liquid level gauge of the oil tank. The liquid level in the oil tank shall always maintain the normal liquid level, otherwise it shall be replenished in time. The brand of the replenished oil must be the same as that of the system, and it shall meet the specified indicators after testing; The supplemented oil shall be filtered, and the filtering accuracy shall not be lower than the accuracy requirements of the system.
(2) Oil leakage at all sealing parts and pipe joints. Leakage of hydraulic system in working state is inevitable and common. The leakage leads to the decrease of system pressure, the instability of actuator speed, the waste of oil, the consumption of energy, the reduction of efficiency, the increase of oil temperature, the pollution of the environment and the potential fire hazard. The leakage of the system mostly occurs at the fixed seal and moving seal. The leakage is usually caused by damage, aging, damage of seals or loose connecting screws (caused by pipeline vibration), which shall be repaired in time. Leakage under non operating conditions is not allowed.
(3) Check whether the screws at the pressure regulating position of the surge valve and other pressure valves are loose. If the pressure regulating screw of the overflow valve is loose, the system working pressure will not reach the predetermined value or the working pressure cannot be established, and the system will not work normally. If the adjusting screw of the pressure reducing valve is loose, the outlet pressure will not reach the predetermined value and the pressure reducing circuit will not work normally.
